You may return most new, unopened garments within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Garments must be returned in a saleable condition (all tags need to remain attached and items must be returned with original packaging). We suggest that all garments are tried on by you on receipt so that return can be fulfilled within our policy timeframe. Please contact us either by phone or email if you would like further assistance with sizing as specific measurements can be provided upon request. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of receiving the returned garments.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Alternatively, complete the return form included with your shipment and return with the shipped garments.
We can ship to most addresses globally.
All International deliveries will be shipped with TNT Express. Please allow 10 business days to receive your order.
All Australian domestic deliveries are shipped with Toll or Australia Post Express.
